Roof Types
-
We work with a wide range of systems including TPO, PVC (like Duro-Last), Modified Bitumen, and Metal roofs. Each has specific advantages depending on your building, climate, and budget.
-
Both are single-ply membrane systems. TPO is more cost-effective and energy-efficient, while PVC is highly chemical-resistant and better for environments like restaurants or factories.
-
Yes. Metal roofing is extremely durable, fire-resistant, and low-maintenance. It also lasts longer than traditional flat roof systems, though it comes at a higher upfront cost.
-
Absolutely. We install asphalt shingles, tile, slate, and stone-coated steel for homes. We’ll walk you through the pros and cons of each based on your goals and budget.

What to Expect
-
We begin with a free inspection, followed by a detailed scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, secure materials, and complete the job with minimal disruption to your business or home.
-
We plan carefully to reduce downtime and disruptions. For multifamily or commercial properties, we often work in phases and coordinate with tenants or managers as needed.
-
Most projects take 1–3 days, depending on roof size, weather, and material type. Larger commercial jobs may take longer, but we always provide a clear timeline before starting.
-
Not necessarily. We keep you updated throughout the process and handle everything on-site, including permits, inspections, and cleanup.

Warranties
-
As a GAF Master Elite Contractor, we offer industry-leading manufacturer warranties—some covering up to 50 years. We also back our workmanship with a separate labor warranty for added peace of mind.
-
Manufacturer warranties typically don’t cover storm or impact damage, but insurance usually does. We help our clients file claims and work with adjusters to ensure you’re fully protected.
-
Many manufacturer warranties are transferable within a certain time frame, which can increase your property’s resale value. We’ll clarify all warranty terms for you up front.

Maintenance
-
Most commercial roofs fail early due to neglect. Regular inspections and preventative maintenance can add years to your roof’s lifespan and prevent costly issues.
-
At minimum, once a year—and after any major storm. Enrolling in a scheduled maintenance plan ensures issues are caught early and handled proactively.
-
Our plans typically include annual or semi-annual inspections, debris removal, minor repairs, and documentation for insurance or resale purposes.
-
In many cases, yes. A well-maintained roof is less of a liability, and having documentation of regular upkeep can help with claims and reduce premiums over time.
